5kdb Terms and Conditions — For All Users

This document outlines in detail all conditions for using the 5kdb platform, including account policies, bonus rules, and important information on responsible gaming.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 5kdb platform and all its associated services. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all users of the 5kdb platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To use the 5kdb platform, a user must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • The user must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above.
  • The user must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration.
  • Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • An account may not be created on behalf of another person or using another person's information.
Important: 5kdb may at any time request additional information or documents for identity verification. Failure to comply with this request may result in the account being suspended.

2.2 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for the security of their own account. It is the user's responsibility to keep their password confidential, not share account details with third parties, and immediately notify the 5kdb support team of any unauthorized access to the account.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply to making deposits on the 5kdb platform:

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each payment method.
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
  • Providing the correct reference number and details at the time of deposit is mandatory. 5kdb will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect information.
  • Funds deposited into the account may only be used for legitimate gaming purposes.
  • Depositing funds for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules must be followed for withdrawals:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals will only be made to the user's own registered payment account — not to third-party accounts.
  • If account verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
  • Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirements of an active bonus are fulfilled.
  • 5kdb reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

  • The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the original bonus amount.
  • After receiving the bonus, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the specified time period.
  • Among bets placed with bonus funds, only legitimate gaming activity will count toward the wagering requirement.
  • The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same person, household, device, or IP address.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all types of bonuses and promotions:

  • A bonus may only be used once, unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time.
  • If a withdrawal is made before the bonus conditions are fulfilled, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
  • 5kdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account termination.

5. VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

5.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits

The 5kdb VIP program has three tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each level based on the user's activity:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Through regular and active participation, users have the opportunity to advance to higher VIP tiers. Detailed benefits for each tier can be found on the VIP page of the platform.

5.2 General VIP Program Conditions

  • VIP benefits apply only to active and verified accounts.
  • VIP benefits may be withdrawn if an account is closed or in the event of a rule violation.
  • Cashback payments are at the discretion of 5kdb and are not a guaranteed legal entitlement.
  • 5kdb reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program.

6. User Code of Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5kdb platform:

  • Attempting to win through fraud, collusion, or any other dishonest method.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using bots, automated software, or any other unauthorized technology.
  • Behaving disrespectfully toward other users or 5kdb staff.
  • Participating in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
  • Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
Warning: If any of the above rules are violated, 5kdb may immediately terminate the account and forfeit all pending funds.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Game content providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.) are the owners of their respective intellectual property. No trademark, logo, or content belonging to these organizations may be used without authorization.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

  • Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
  • By direction of authorities for legal reasons.
  • Remaining inactive for an indefinite period.
